General

This data protection notice informs the users of this webpage about type, scope and purpose of the survey and use of personal information. We take data protection very serious and treat your personal informations confidential according the respective laws. Due to new technologies and further development of the webpage there may occur changes in this data protection notice. Definitions about the meaning of the used terms (e.g. „personal information“) you will find in Art. 4 DSGVO.

Access Data

We the webpage owner collect data based on justified interest (see Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. F. DSGVO) about the usage of our webpage and save them as „server-logfiles“ on the server of the webpage. These data are:

• Visited webpage
• Time at the moment of access of the webpage
• Size of sent data in byte
• Source from where you get to the webpage
• used Browser
• used OS
• used IP-adress

 

The server-logfiles are saved during the legal timing and they are deleted later. The saving is due to reasons of safety, e.g. miss usage. In case of miss usage the data are saved as long as being necessary for solving the issue.

SSL or TLS encoding

Due to safety reasons and for protection of transmission of confidential topics, which you may send to us as webpage owner, the webpage is using SSL or TSL encoding. By this the data sent by you are not visible for third parties. A safe encoded webpage has https:// in the  adress line and a lock symbol.

Contact template
From the data submitted via contact template only general personal data will be stored for working on your request or for being prepared for further questions.
The treatment of the data from the contact template is done solely based on your agreement (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. A DSGVO). A cancellation of this agreement is everytime possible. For the cancellation a standard e-mail is sufficient. The data treatment and storage until this cancellation stays legal.

Data submitted through the contact template are stored until you request deletion, you cancel your agreement to store the data or there won’t be any reason for data storage anymore. Legal requests for data storage keep untouched.

 

Data transmission

Only general personal data are transmitted in the frame of usual business exchange. Also transmission in third countries is included.
Usually these transmissions are e-mail forwardings with the general personal data already given by the first sender or e-mail adresses in copy.
Receivers or affected persons are mcs customers as well as their customers and suppliers or other business partners.

 

Google Analytics

We assume that our Internetprovider (1&1) has made respective contracts with Google (see below). Therefore please note for this contract relationship (Are formulations like „we“ or „our“ used in this paragraph it refers to our provider).
For optimization and analysis of our online appearance this webpage uses because of entitled interest „Google-Analytics“ for the purpose of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. F. DSGVO. This service is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics is using Cookies, text-files stored on your device. Usually the data collected by cookies are sent and stored on Google servers in the US.

Google LLC follows the European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy-Shield-Agreement:

This webpage uses anonymized IP’s. The IP adress of the user will be shortened within the EU and the European Economic Area and in other countries who joined this contract. Only in single cases the IP adress is sent without shortening to a server of Google in the US and shortened there. Due to this shortening there is no relation between personal data and your IP adress. The IP adress of the browser submitted will not be saved together with other data saved by Google.

In the frame of the agreement for order data processing, which we as owner of the webpage agreed with Google Inc., Google Inc. creates with the collected data informations about usage and activity of the webpage and produces services connected with the usage of the internet.

The data collected by Google on behalf of us are used for evaluating the usage by the users of the webpage, e.g. for reports about webpage activities for improving our online service.

WhatsApp and icloud

Your general personal data will be synchronized via icloud and your name and your mobile phone number will be saved via WhatsApp, as long as you use yourself WhatsApp with that mobile phone number and with this agreed to the WhatsApp conditions.

User Rights

Users may ask for free which personal data have been saved. Users may request correction of wrong data or restriction of further treatment or deletion of their personal data. In case you are of the opinion that there is a misuse of data you may complain at the respective supervisory authority.

 

Data deletion

You have a right for deletion of your personal data as long as no legal obligation for storing data is touched. Data stored by us are deleted when there are no legal obligations for storage and when they are not needed anymore. In case deletion is not possible because the data are necessary for legal obligations there will be restriction of data treatment. Data will be blocked and not used for other purposes.

 

Right to refuse

Users of this webpage may anytime use their right to refuse for their permission to treat their personal data.
